Prof. Christian Etz Publication

PAPAartis co-ordinator Prof Christian Etz and his collaborators have recently published the findings of a study investigating microdialysis of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) as a potential method to detect spinal cord ischaemia (SCI) during aortic repair. The team showed it was possible to detect three markers of SCI in experimental models and in a small number of patients using the microdialysis method.
