Wings for Life World Run

On May 6th, 2018 runners and wheelchair participants from all around the world are participating in the Wings for Life World Run. The runners will try to stay ahead of the moving finish line - the catcher car - for as long as they can. Participants can take part in one of the organised runs at locations around the world or use the mobile app. The PAPAartis team are participating in the Wings for Life World Run in order to raise awareness of spinal chord injuries. The Wings for Life World Run is a global charity event which helps to raise funds for life-changing spinal cord research projects and clinical trials. Wings for Life is a not-for-profit spinal cord research foundation with the single mission to find the cure for spinal cord injury. Since 2004, Wings for Life has funded life-changing research projects and clinical trials around the world. While the cure is still to be found, steady progress has been made. One hundred percent of donations will help work toward Wings for Life’s ultimate goal.
